Located in the “Golden” milk source zone at 47° north latitude, Feihe has established an exclusive industrial cluster for infant formula production.
Founded in 1962 in Qiqihar, the hometown of red-crowned cranes, Feihe is one of China’s early milk powder companies. In November 2019, China Feihe was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. For 60 years, Feihe has been dedicated to researching the health of Chinese babies and breast milk nutrition. It has pioneered various technologies, formulations, and processes that enhance the adaptability of milk powder to Chinese babies. The pursuit of creating “fresher and more suitable” high-quality milk powder is Feihe’s unwavering goal.
With a forward-looking perspective, Feihe has established an exclusive industrial cluster to control the entire production process of milk powder. Over more than 10 years, Feihe has developed a dedicated infant formula milk powder industry cluster in the “Golden” milk source zone at 47° north latitude. It achieves full control from source grass planting, feed processing, large-scale dairy farming, to production, processing, and after-sales service. Today, Feihe has led the way in aspects such as forage planting, self-owned source land construction, and milk self-sufficiency rate, achieving the goals set in the 2020 “Dairy Industry Revitalization Plan” and being the first to achieve 100% use of fresh raw milk on the farm for powder production.
Feihe has always prioritized technological research and development, using Chinese breast milk as the “gold standard” for its research. It integrates global research and development resources, establishing research and development platforms in two countries and four locations. It conducts continuous research into the microstructure and functionality of Chinese breast milk components, upgrading formulations accordingly. In 2018, Feihe collaborated with academician Zhu Beiwei and her expert team to establish the Dairy Engineering Academician Workstation, dedicated to developing milk powder that suits the health needs of Chinese babies.
In the future, Feihe will persist in its strategic focus on creating products that are “more suitable for the health of Chinese babies.” It will continue to deliver truly high-quality fresh milk powder to Chinese consumers and fulfill its social responsibilities.
