Jiangxi Huangshanghuang Group Food Co., Ltd. was founded in 1993 and is a food processing company primarily engaged in the processing of poultry and livestock meat products. On September 5, 2012, the company successfully went public on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, becoming the first publicly listed company in the sauce and braised meat products industry.
The company is a subsidiary of Huangshanghuang Group, with business operations spanning six major industry clusters, including livestock product processing, agriculture and animal husbandry, hotel and catering, tourism and resorts, real estate development, overseas investments, and cultural creativity.
Jiangxi Huangshanghuang Group Food Co., Ltd. originated from the development and evolution of entities such as “Nanchang Huangshanghuang Roasted Poultry Association,” “Nanchang Huangshanghuang Roasted Poultry General Association,” “Jiangxi Huangshanghuang Roasted Braised Co., Ltd.,” and “Jiangxi Huangshanghuang Group Food Co., Ltd.” It has now established an agricultural industrialization business model that integrates breeding, slaughter, processing, sales, and research.
The company has established modern food production and processing bases in Nanchang, Jiangxi, Dongguan, Guangdong, Fuqing, Fujian, Shenyang, Liaoning, Xi’an, Shaanxi, and Zhengzhou, Henan, with a meat processing capacity of 42,000 tons. Its chain stores are spread across 25 provinces and directly administered municipalities in China, with Jiangxi as the core and a focus on Guangdong, Fujian, and Liaoning, covering the entire national chain sales network.
Huangshanghuang was the first company in the sauce and braised meat industry to implement a full-channel new retail strategy, leading the industry in launching unmanned intelligent retail models. It is also a leading A-share listed company in the industry.
Under the impact of internet marketing and new retail, Huangshanghuang has adapted to the changing times by innovatively transforming its business model, incorporating six core elements: unmanned intelligent retail, multi-point automatic vending machines, physical offline stores, online e-commerce, food delivery platforms, and online malls. This has provided the company with the impetus for sustained growth.
To ensure food safety, the company has established a complete industry chain operation model, from duckling breeding to farming, slaughter and processing, cold chain logistics, terminal sales, and research and development. This has created a fully traceable system from the source to the dining table, ensuring food safety.
Huangshanghuang products primarily use eco-cultivated duck from Poyang Lake in Jiangxi as the main raw material. The products undergo more than 20 processing steps and are divided into six series: sauce, braised, cold-dressed, steamed, stir-fried, and marinated, comprising over 100 varieties. The products are known for their fresh, fragrant, spicy, crispy, and chewy flavors, being naturally nutritious and suitable for all age groups.
Fresh Product Series: Selected eco-cultivated duck from Poyang Lake in Jiangxi, with a spicy and appetizing flavor, combined with medicinal and braised aromas, and a chewy texture. Among them, the “Huangqin Brand” sauce duck has been recognized by the China Food Industry Association as “China’s first unique sauce duck product.”
Le Xian Zhuang Product Series: Pioneering the use of Le Xian Zhuang packaging design in the industry, using packaging materials with gas barrier properties to effectively slow down the deterioration of fresh food products, ensuring the freshness and taste remain unchanged.
Snack Bag Series: A series of braised snack foods suitable for young consumers, giving the brand a distinctive personality and unique product characteristics. It offers the taste of braised snacks, redefining snacking.
