Anhui Conch Cement Co., Ltd. was established on September 1, 1997. On October 21, 1997, it became the first Chinese cement company to be listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, marking a milestone in the Hong Kong listing of the cement industry. The company’s main business includes the production and sale of cement and cement clinker.

After years of development, the company’s production capacity has continued to grow, its technological equipment level has continuously improved, and its development footprint has expanded. The company has established five mega-scale clinker production bases in Tongling, Yingde, Chizhou, Zongyang, and Wuhu, and has constructed four 12,000-ton production lines in Wuhu (Anhui), Tongling (Anhui), and Yangchun (Guangdong).

Anhui Conch Cement is well-known in China and has a global presence. It has over 140 subsidiaries distributed across its domestic bases and fourteen regions, spanning eighteen provinces, municipalities, autonomous regions, and countries including Indonesia, Myanmar, Laos, and Cambodia. The company’s production lines all employ advanced dry-process cement technology, characterized by high output, low energy consumption, high automation, high labor productivity, and environmental protection. With abundant high-quality limestone resources in East China and South China, the company is able to produce high-quality low-alkali cement, thanks to low alkali content and high calcium carbonate content. The production process is highly automated, and quality management and monitoring are carried out in accordance with the ISO9001 international quality certification system. Supported by comprehensive railway, highway, and waterway transportation systems, the company has established a specialized production system and an extensive marketing network.

“Conch” brand high-grade cement and cement clinker are the company’s main products, widely used in globally renowned landmark projects. Additionally, the products are exported to more than 20 countries and regions, including the United States, Europe, Africa, and Asia. Cement clinker produced according to American standards and American Standard Type II and Type IV cements have received praise from users after being exported to the United States and other areas.
