Founded in 1978, primarily engages in industrial investment and is involved in cookware, kitchen appliances, and related businesses. Its production facilities cover an area of 800,000 square meters, and it became listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2010. The Hubei Cookware Base, building upon its existing 600-acre park, is undergoing Phase 2 construction with an additional 300 acres (about 100,000 square meters) to expand the industrial base. This expansion will increase production capacity to 15 million sets.

The Wenling, Zhejiang Base, undergoing a “retreat and advance” strategy on the current 320 acres of land, purchased an additional 645 acres in the eastern clustering zone of Wenling, implementing relocation for enhanced capacity layout.
