The company’s strong production capacity is supported by highly informationalized processes. Since 2016, SLEEMON has regarded lean manufacturing and intelligent upgrades as its core strategies. In early 2018, it established the Intelligent Manufacturing Center, responsible for researching and developing advanced manufacturing control technologies in the industry. It was the first to apply research results to the intelligent transformation of existing equipment/production lines and new equipment/production line layouts. Based on its independently developed SCADA system, SLEEMON built a 5G-based industrial Internet of Things system.

With the core assurance of lean manufacturing, SLEEMON’s strong production and research and development capabilities are maximized. Currently, the company has been recognized with honors such as “National High-tech Enterprise,” “National Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprise,” “Zhejiang Provincial Key Enterprise Research Institute,” “Zhejiang Provincial Top Three Enterprise,” and “Zhejiang Provincial Enterprise Technical Standard Innovation Base.” It is the main drafting unit for national light industry standards QB/T 2603-2013 “Wooden Hotel Furniture” and QB/T 1952.2-2011 “Soft Furniture-Spring Soft Mattress.” As of February 15, 2022, SLEEMON holds a total of 812 valid global patents.
